Remodel of an early 1930’s era, single family home on a quiet street in the Castro District. The outdated kitchen and upstairs bath were completely remodeled and the wall between Kitchen and Dining Room opened up to create a generous, light filled space for entertaining and gourmet cooking. A deck was added at the rear of the home to connect the Living Area to the rear Garden. Downstairs, what was once a former unfinished storage area became a new Master Suite with large glazed doors connecting it to the Garden.
